2025 Savannah Conference

Join us for a powerful, set-apart weekend in historic Savannah, Georgia, where purpose meets peace, and faith meets justice. The African Israelite Justice Foundation invites you to gather with fellow truth-seekers and chosen ones for a three-day experience rooted in legacy, spiritual awakening, and righteous separation.

Weekend Schedule

Friday, June 27
Kick off the weekend with Savannah city tours highlighting historic African Israelite landmarks, followed by a special meet-and-greet where you’ll connect with Israelite brothers and sisters from across the nation.

Friday, June 27 – 3PM EST – SLAVES IN THE CITY TOUR – (90 – 120 minute walking tour) – $40
Our ‘Signature Walking Tour’ is a cultural heritage experience that relates to Savannah, Georgia’s history of slavery and freedom on the Georgia coast.
It is a 2-block radius walk from the river to the auction block- step-by-step look into downtown urban slavery – slave holding cells, whipping stations, and symbols from the Ashante tribe, re-enactors as well as the last stop – the slave auction block.at Johnson Square.
 
Friday June 27 6PM – Meet and Greet at The Vintage Special Event Center – Light Food

Saturday, June 28 – Shabbat Service in the Morning – Tybee Island

We’ll honor the Sabbath with a Shabbat Service on Tybee Island. Join us for an unforgettable Shabbat gathering with the our heavenly Father.

Saturday, June 28 – 1PM EST – Tour of First African Baptist Church – (60 – 90 minutes) – $15
Join us at First African Baptist Church tour, one of Savannah’s most historic and spiritually rich locations. The afternoon will include optional additional tours for those eager to explore more of the city’s powerful roots.

Saturday, June 28 – 4PM EST – Savannah Slavery to Freedom Tour – (2.5 – 3 Hours) – $40 – This is a Bus Tour

Join us on a profound exploration of our City’s historic landmarks and untold truths about the journey from slavery to freedom of Enslaved West Africans that arrived in Savannah, Georgia in 1748 by way of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade.

Master Gullah Geechee Truth Teller ‘Sistah Patt’ is the Tour Conductor. She and her team of reenactors trace the path from the shadows of urban and plantation slavery and guide you to the light of freedom by way of the Underground Railroad and the victory of the U. S. Union Soldiers and their fight for freedom in the Civil War.

This tour is a ‘deep dive’ into truth-telling, reconciliation, healing and reparations due in the 21st century. Sistah Patt highlights the struggles, resilience and enduring contributions of freed African Americans who fought for equality and justice.
‘This is not just a history tour- it’s a powerful exploration of the human spirit and perseverance. We take you to the sites where the Enslaved arrived, slave holding bins, a cotton exchange, life insurance sites, slave real estate closings, the auction block and a final stop to Laurel Grove Cemetery South to pay homage to those enslaved in unmarked graves.’ ~ Sistah Pat
